How Do Real Estate Agents Operate at Stone & Belter?

The core mission of Stone & Belter is the meticulous care of clients’ assets. Real estate is part of those assets, and a wide range of services is tied to it. Most people have at least a general idea of how a typical real estate agency should operate. Therefore, this text focuses more on the specific way ours functions.

Our advisors often have long-standing relationships with their clients, gradually gaining insight into their life plans, helping them achieve them, and understanding their financial situation. When real estate services are needed, we usually take over clients in the context of this long-term relationship with the advisor, and we have sufficient information—while the advisors naturally remain the main point of contact. The starting point is not the classic “my friend has an apartment and wants to sell/rent it,” but rather a broader view of the situation, aligned with our unique financial product, My Plan. Based on this, our conduct (and preparation for meetings) with property owners must reflect this deeper context.

We view our services as a commitment to property owners that the entire transaction will be handled properly, and also as a commitment to advisors that we will take good care of their clients. A major advantage for all parties is that all Stone & Belter services can be handled under one roof. In addition to standard services such as sales, rentals, and qualified property valuations, we can flexibly join advisor-client meetings to provide quick personal consultations or assist buyers during the often time-consuming and emotionally demanding process of acquiring property. This is a huge difference compared to the familiar situation of “someone from company ABC will call you at some point—I work with them externally.”

Sometimes it’s just a small piece of advice—for example, within seconds we can show on a screen how long any listed property has been advertised and whether its price has been repeatedly reduced. The broad scope of our services is also driven by client demand: besides sales and rentals, we regularly handle commercial properties and development projects.

Long-term knowledge of property owners helps us make better decisions—e.g., sell now vs. sell later vs. rent. Conversely, when our clients are buying property, the seller has the assurance of verified and solvent buyers. We also work with off-market listings, meaning we can offer properties not only through our real estate database but also to a large portfolio of potential buyers from our advisors. Thanks to efficient collaboration with advisors, arranging insurance takes literally just a few clicks. Almost every sale or rental concludes with a tender for energy suppliers, followed by the transfer of energy contracts—owners and tenants don’t have to worry about a thing.

Our real estate office is equipped with excellent photography gear and a fleet of drones. Listings include high-quality photos, videos, and floor plans—something that’s far from standard in our industry, even though it demonstrably helps with sales. The smooth and secure execution of transactions is supported by our long-standing legal team, who specialize exclusively in real estate law.

It works the other way around too—we’re happy to entrust our friends, acquaintances, and clients to the hands of experienced advisors when financial services need to be discussed.

Everything described above can only be successfully executed thanks to our integrated portfolio of services and well-developed procedures. The client always remains with us and is never handed off to third parties. The reward for everyone involved is a smooth transaction under the reliable banner of Stone & Belter.
