Expenses: monthly rent 98,000 CZK, fees 12,900 CZK. The tenant will transfer the electricity to himself, while we will help the tenant with the selection of a suitable supplier and arrange the transfer itself. Deposit in the amount of one month's rent, real estate agent's fee in the amount of one month's rent + 21% VAT.
