Mr. Stoneandbelter: "Not directly, but within our full-service policy we offer our clients also the offers from our partners who operate in the real estate market. This way we complement our range of consulting services, we will find not only the housing according to your expectations, but we will also provide its financing from different sources and prepare the payment system linked to the client's cash-flow. It is a long distance run, but sometimes even a life-long advisor-client partnership, which is our goal."
Is this not too much to take on?
Mr. SB: "I do not think of the real estates as something that would stand outside our complex care for the client. After all, the real estate is a material possession, like money. Limited only to the loans and insurances, we would not be good advisors."
Is now a good time to buy real estate?
Mr. SB: "There is always a good time to buy real estate! We work with what the clients live with now, what they have or don't have at the present moment. For someone it can be a good investment to buy a large apartment at the centre of Prague even at the time of crisis, for someone else it might be reasonable to sell the same apartment and acquire several smaller ones in other cities. We must be able to work with both the first and the second client to their satisfaction. That is why our real estate selection is so large and covers the whole of Czech Republic."
But does it end with the purchase?
Mr. SB: "Correct, it does not. Our legal and financial service during the purchase is surely a nice thing, but then comes the everyday reality of ownership and clients come with further requests. Who is going to take care of their real estate, the maintenance, cash-flow during expected and unexpected repairs, renting, reconstructions etc. Together with our partners we strive to prevent our clients from prematurely turning gray-haired because of their property."
That sounds like a fairy-tale - not to worry about anything and just get richer and richer...
Mr. SB: "Sometimes it really looks like it, but I don't want it to sound like we are here only for the top ten thousand. Our complex financial, investment and tax consulting will serve the same to a young family who is getting their first housing, as to a single women who has chosen independence as her life-style."
