The financial section deals with regular flows of companies, individuals and families.
At the beginning, there is a meeting, where we get to know the client better. Afterwards we address securing the property and persons, acquiring of and financing the housing, disbursement of pensions, security in older age.
The main purpose is to lead the client toward a financial independence. A financial independence is understood differently by different people and that is why our services are custom-made and needed throughout the client's whole life.
What do you mean by "brand-name" financial consulting?
Mr. Stoneandbelter: "We proudly called our services Stone&belter Financial Consulting, in order for it to be immediately clear that in this work we follow our own foundational unchanging principles. We strive to meet the highest requirements of our clients."
But you offer products of insurance companies and banks, right?
Mr. SB: "The insurance companies and banks are our partners. But their products are only a tool, which we use to do our work. Our goal is to meet the client's needs, we first have to learn the client's requirements and then, through a diligent team analysis, to find the appropriate solution. It is important to realize that our main job is consultancy, not mediation."
So you even know how often your clients change their socks?
Mr. SB: "Figuratively speaking, yes. To build the proper trust, which takes some time, we know almost everything about our clients' material situation and options. Even about their families. The clients reveal their secrets and we can then effectively help them. It is the most effective way we work, proven all over the world."
Doesn't this bother people?
Mr. SB: "Maybe this will surprise you, but our best clients appreciate this. They are glad to leave their worries to professionals and to be able to focus on other things. In the evening, they want to go to bed with the knowledge that their possessions are well taken care of and that they are getting richer even as they sleep."
Do they always get richer?
Mr. SB: "We would loose our prestige, if our clients were loosing their money. But try it out. All those nice looking things have to be accompanied by a solid proof. They really have to work, not just look nice. And that is exactly our task."
How do you begin with a new client?
Mr. SB: "Always with a personal meeting. If we don't immediately see eye to eye, there is still time to correct that next time. But it is always a long term cooperation based on a personal and very confidential approach right from the beginning. The advisor is only human. If the client and the advisor do not match well, we have other advisors available."
And how do you continue from there on?
Mr. SB: "We deal with personal, company and family finances, we help the client to obtain and to pay loans, we optimize the financial portfolio, savings in difficult times etc. The requirements constantly change as the client progresses in life."
