The ethical codex of our company is an integral part of each advisor's and each employee's work. Every manager, training new advisors, follows the ethical codex and therefore passes it on to the team.
That is the basic success factor of our company.
1. Realize, that the only difference between you and the client is the amount of knowledge and experience from the world of finances.
2. Your knowledge is your working tool, therefore you have to keep it in pristine condition. Constantly learn and work on yourself.
3. You have to approach the client with maximal openness, without withholding of facts or obstacles, which can arise. This way, you will avoid trouble.
4. See your client as an equal partner, from whom you are not going to hide anything anyway.
5. Respect the unique individuality of the client, their opinions and interests are in the first place.
6. Take care of the client's trust and guard their privacy and the obtained information with an extreme care.
7. Do not abuse the obtained information for any kind of manipulation with the client.
8. Try to avoid statements which could cause the client to be confused, have misunderstanding, fear or groundless hopes.
9. Make the money, but do so TOGETHER with your client. There can never be a situation where you would sell your client a product only with the goal of your own profit.
10. In case of any dispute or complaints from any side, let your work be examined by an independent person.
